Every year, smokers across the nation join the Great American Smokeout® by smoking less or quitting for the day. This year participate in the American Cancer Society’s Great American Smokeout on Thursday, November 18th.

Excitingly, many retail stores in the South Bay Community of the Los Angeles area are volunteering to support the SMOKEOUT by encouraging smokers to come to their stores, smoke their last cigarette, throw-away their smoking paraphernalia, grab a congratulatory gift from the store and a free $25 STOP SMOKING TODAY CD and begin their new found freedom as non-smokers.

The STOP SMOKING TODAY CD is gifted from South Bay’s Psychologist Carol Francis and Hypnotherapist Mary O’Maley. These two individuals envisioned this GREAT AMERICAN SMOKEOUT as a South Bay victory for health and freedom and organized retailers in the South Bay Area who wanted to applaud the efforts of everyone overcoming a smoking habit.
